After sailing it for 4 years, decided to fix the rear tube which finally showed an opening, not just a crack.

Got 5 inch access port holes and cut open a hole between the rear tube and back of the tramp. Much to my dismay, I've run smack into the foam, which appears to be 6in X 9in X at least 48 inches. Will I be able to move the form forward far enough - about 10-12 inches to work on the rear tube - or is there another solution.

I spent yesterday afternoon trying to move the foam forward but found that even though I was able to lift and move to forward portion, I couldn't move it forward.

Unless there is another solution, I'm going to cut the foam into sections and remove about 10 inches. Repair the tube and then replace the pieces.

Any other ideas?
