Hello, the wings of my 21 SE are loose at the junction in between the main tube, and the horizontal tubes. I do not beleive they could brake soon, but still would like to fix this.
Does anyone know the rivet size I need to use? I suppose Stainless ?

Thank you

hello again, I could dismantle a "branch": the original rivets seem to be aluminium, watertight.
I got some 4,8mm stainless rivets, but they seem a bit too loose in the holes.

should I use stainless? (on aluminium....)
What is the HC reference ? seemsPN 8010121 would be the one, but there are 4,8mm too..?

merci

You need to use those stainless steel rivet castings with silicon first than place the stainless rivets 3/16" X maybe 7/8 grip range into that casting to aid in keeping water out. These casting pieces will take up that extra room you find in the drilled hole size.

Good luck.....spring will be here soon! :P

Part number 8011291 may be the rivet "caps" or "casting" this part is a pocket like item for the rivet to slide into.
