I raised the mast today for the very first time. That went well. After doing that I realized I had lost the downhaul cleat, gooseneck yoke or whatevery it may be called. See the pictures in this album. https://photos.app.goo.gl/Xbhs2cH8HTHiTs5E6
I know this piece was there when I first looked at the boat so it must have been lost transporting it home. :( All I have now is a bent pin without a ring at the bottom. Very strange.

What is that piece called and what part should it get to replace it?

It’s called a “pivoting exit block.” I believe Harken discontinued that particular version a few years ago, so you may have to replace the whole assembly unless you can find a used or leftover one somewhere. Weird that you would lose the block but not the pin - sounds a little suspicious.

Great, thanks! It is very hard to search for something when you don't even know the name for it. :?

I found this block. It appears to be the modern version of the one I have. https://www.harken.com/productdetail.aspx?sku=2157 The rivet holes are in just about the exact the same locations so modifications to the mast or the new block should be minor. They're not exactly free though, although this one wasn't too expensive.

Its actually not stock, but an aftermarket upgrade on your boat. There are other ways to do your downhaul, including stock and some other aftermarket ones. Looks like yours is a decent set up-I'd stay with it.
