Just saw this on the website - non 180 Drive is a bummer, new rudder system looks nice.

is the material different? Still 5psi center chamber or higher?

A list of changes from the i11s would be appreciated.

The specs page is filling out with a 10psi listing. That is a good compromise vs typical 15 psi SUPs which are brutal to pump. Sounds like this comes with an electric pump which may just be for optional pre-fill, then you use a "heave ho" hand pump to top it off.

I am wondering if the 9 footer would be adequate for me. I am under the weight limit, but sometimes really need to stay dry when transiting flesh eating bacteria zones (in calm). I might carry a small trainer kite to sail broad reaches, and replace the mono paddle with double ended one.

There may be quite some wait for these to be widely in stock, but that will give time for initial debugging.

CORRECTION: it may only be the "ultralight" 9' model that uses 10psi. They also talk about improved construction, but I won't attempt to summarize.

Not sure about the iTreck 11, but the iTreck 9 turns on a dime - no need for the 180 drive. I just wish upgrading to turbo fins wasn't so expensive  !

Good afternoon.

Just received my ITrek11 from EcoFishing. Package looks better than the previous models. Wife tested one from 2018 last weekend on Lake Athens near Dallas, Texas. Heavy cover (grass) and loved it.

Was quite disappointed to find out that there is no 180 drive on this model. Yes, I think the stitching, material and rudder upgrade is incredibly valuable. However, I thought all models of Mirage Drive units purchased came automatically with the 180 drive. Unfortunate.
