Hopefully some Hobie "insiders" can speak to this topic, but more likely it will be a "wait and see" type answer.
What are the chances of the inflatables being offered in a different color? I am contemplating an i11s, but just can't get over the yellow and blue color scheme. Even the old white color of previous inflatables would be preferable. I thought I saw a video of a pre production or early production i11s in camo also? Thanks in advance.

Your interest in alternate colors for iSeries kayaks has been noted...Maybe you saw the Outdoor iSeries SUP, which is offered in a camo pattern??

No special edition colors planned for the i11s at this time, but like I sad we've taken note of your feedback. Cheers!

I wish the i11s came in camo! Not a fan of the yellow/blue, but it could be worse. If not camo, then how about bring back the Sand color??

"One solution is to have a single multipurpose scheme. If you must have camo on the outer parts, put that dull orange all over the center top for visability to boaters or rescue helicopters"

I think that's a great idea. I have a Pro Angler 12 Camo and my concern is always visibility, meaning making myself visible to humans but not to fish. Anyways, that's a concern with a simple solution, visible coloured cooler or jacket or life jacket or flag, etc. What has no solution is a visible coloured hull. What I like about the Sportsman SUP is the black bottom, camo sides, and orange stern and bow. It could even have a full deck orange or at least a combination of grey/orange and that won't interfere with the idea of blending with nature from the underwater perspective.

Wow look at that. We spoke and you listened. I like the new color scheme much more than the yellow and blue. I cant wait for a chance to demo some Hobies and buy myself a new one this year. Too bad warm weather is SO far away for me.....

Yellow for life; literally! I dodge boats and drunken maniacs on jet skis all day long so the more conspicuous the better! 8)
