 Post subject: i-series rudder control

I'm looking for a part number for the i-series rudder control that mounts on the side of the Vantage seat...I need to order an extra one for a project I'm working on...cheers, roger

Those are part number 84501401 (this is the base number they're $9.19) any dealer can obtain this item for you.

thanks, is that just the steering handle? I am looking for the round rudder control unit for an i-series that mounts on the side of the Vantage seat...I sure hope it's only $9...lol

This is just the bottom round part with slots on the bottom and two small pulleys.

Glad to see this post. The base of my rudder control (the thin plastic bridge) broke at the front of the mounting channel. This is a very fragile design. The base should be made of cast aluminum or the channel mount should be completely redesigned to make it much stronger.

I just had to replace my lower housing as well. It cracked where it slides over the bracket on the side of the seat. This really should be made out of a stronger material!
