On my second trip out on my new i12s I capsized and my Mirage Drive came out and sank to the bottom of the lake. Was is supposed to come out that easy?

Also how am I supposed to keep the rudder control from sliding off. I was trying to reattach the control when I went overboard.

There is a thumb screw that has to engage in a recess on the bottom of the steering drum.

Sorry to hear about losing the drive. Hate to say it though, but yeah, there is a hole in them to allow a leash to be attached. I get paranoid about them doing the same, so always leash it first thing.
