I purchased an i14 about 2 years ago and the bag that the dealer gave me was torn in 1 corner. I contacted them several times about getting a new one. They finally sent me one, however it was for an i11. They aren't returning my calls. The bag now has 2 of the corner seams coming apart. How hard is it to get a new storage bag from Hobie for my i14?
