Yes, a cinch to install, a perfect fit, and as you can see - they function as intended :P

Here are the 3 mount points for the quick minimal TI kit install:

An Anchor shackle at the bow...

loops over the eyelet posts at the front seat pockets...

and loops over the eyelet posts on the forward aka at the ama bungee.

10 minutes to install this way.

Are they reselling your kits or knocking them off?

Yep, they stock my Sprayskirts in the Portland area, as well as:
http://www.scappoosebaykayaking.com/

In Hawaii:
Kelly at P&P Kayaks http://www.plentypupule.com/ both on the Big Island and Kauai
and the Uyeda brothers on Oahu http://uyedabrothers.com

And direct, on the web, from my wife Dee at: http://www.deesquiltdesigns.com/sprayskirt

She takes PayPal (credit cards) and keeps stock (in black).

Check them out, and Keep dry!

My locally sewn ones work OK, but I can't get the wrinkles out of the port one. Other than that, I love 'em Bob!

The cut looks good, but they need more stretch to the rear. The color looks nice.

By the way, if any of you are ever in the Hood River Oregon area, stop into Kayak Shed. What a great group of people there, and a well stocked, nice store!

The quality of shade-cloth most of us have been using to make Sprayskirts with (sold by Lowes, Home Depot, Ace Hardware, etc.) has been steadily declining (manufacturing outsourced to China according to the company). It now is too stretchy and will not hold it's form for our use. We tried a few other sources and finally have settled on Coolaroo (an Australian company!) to make our AI & TI Sprayskirt Kits and blanks for DIY.

My wife Dee will be traveling for a few weeks soon, so it my take a few extra days to ship orders depending where she is and how busy she is. Any ordered this week should be fast, as she is busy making a bunch ahead of her trips. She will only be carrying black Sprayskirts (most popular by far). Special order will have to wait until late October after this week.

So If I order today, will it be the new Aussie Coolaroo material ?

All the new stock we make in black will be Coolaroo, but we do have a few still of the previous good quality material. Both work well, but if you have a preference, then add a note when you order or email me, and you'll get your choice.

All the poor quality material was rejected and returned. If it was not good enough to go on one of my boats, then it is not good enough for me to sent it out to anyone!

I added these to my TI along with tramps. I used the permanent installation suggestion with 2 small Harken cam cleats so I can stow amas. If I start submarining they may loosen a little so just hauling the line a little tightens them back up and water drains right through them quickly. I wish I could make them just a little more taut and have been exploring solutions.
