 Post subject: Hand rails on the PA

The bungies in my hand rail are comming apart, is the rail bolted through or blinde. can i take the bolts out with out having to crawl inside to reatach the nuts?

You'll have to remove the rails from the boat. The bungees are threaded through the pipe (rail) and out through the nylon end and secured there with a knot around a small washer. The nylon ends are fastened, on one end, with a single rivet. On the other the end will just slip off. It's a not a big deal to replace the bungees.
