Hey guys. I was almost ready to build the wooden benches instead of buying tramps for my tandem AI.
Started thinking about maybe making or using hammock to create a rope netting tramps, so I can walk on them or when fishing just throw fish on top of them.
Any ideas the cheapest way of doing it for a Tampa bay salt water area??
Does it make sense??
I even looked on ebay and saw people selling fishing rope nets and I think they made from nylon for real cheap. I just have no idea if they strong enough or the rope big enough to support a person.
I though about buying a thick rope and try making my own netting.
Any ideas ?? In a perfect world I would like to end up with the bench seating on both sides plus the netting under, so not only I can sit there but also use netting to walk and store other items or again.. just throw my catch on it.

Tramps can be made of netting as well as the regular fabric. Google sunrise tramps to see some options. Lots of options even within fishing nets. If you want to actually use it for people, it better be something less stretchy than nylon or you'll be dragging your butt.
