And now we have a face to the name.

We always wondered what our friendly forum administrator looked like. 8)

I just loved that movie... :)

So many good lines. Kills me when someone asks... "What can you make out of this?"

Something I would like to request is a better quality mirage drive plug that doesn't leak. All mine have been terrible quality and leak badly and fill up with water (extra weight). In addition it would be nice if the mirage plugs had a molded area with a padeye or something that could hold a leash. Because plugs are only occasionally used and then need to be stored somehow.

I'd like to see them made of the same superlight, floating, shaped-foam used in the dagger plug.

A little oversized, so they provide a slight compression seal.

No more "bidet" effect.

Your wish is our command on that one! :) We have had mold issues with the cassette well plugs. Pegs break... They are being revised and will also include the eye as noted. I expect these will start arriving here in a month or so.

That was quick service ! One minute from posting and wish granted. Can't wait to get my hands on one.

Good to know! I had a pinhole in a seam at the front (back) of one of my cassette plugs in my Oasis. I plugged it with some marine goop in the fall. Hopefully that works in the spring.

But you've gotta love Hobie, constant evolution. Always working to improve things.

Matt, can I try one more wish since that one was so easy?

The rod holders fill up with water all the time. I rarely use mine and the caps aren't worth a hoot. The water accumulating in there adds unnecessary extra weight.
