fusioneng: I had been wondering if that's what that screen material was in your shots of your bowsprit.

I was thinking that putting stays down to all 4 loops of the outriggers, without any tension whatsoever, and using the cup holders would make good attach points for a tarp/Bimini. You could cut it to shape and cut a hole for the furled mast. Put Velcro on the slit needed to be cut to get the mast in the tarp.... Would be pretty sweet to have some shade from the San Antonio sun when I've stopped to eat/swim.

After today, 4th time out, I need sprayskirts too. Wife not happy.

+1 on KayakingBob's spray skirts. I love mine! Very well made and the instructions for install were spot on.
