Post subject:  Haka hiking stick and steering knob assembly 1.0 - FAIL

You just need an 1/4" x 3" ss nut & bolt, an old broomstick, a homeless golf ball, and a short piece of bungee cut from somewhere off your kayak.

Total cost = $1.50 for the stainless nut & bolt.

"Over-engineered" is a sin where I come from! :wink:

An old putter would make a great hiking stick, and complete the look. You can find plenty of those bent in half at the local back 9. :wink:
