Great set up. I have started doing the same! Any chance you have a picture of the finished project, specifically where did you site fairleads to make to rope direct up to rear crossbar cleat? Thanks!

I have sold the TI but you can source everything you need from Amazon.. Or you can call Austin Kayak and Canoe..

Just hold the fairlead in place with furling rope through it somewhat taught and find your best angle.. mark & drill it, you may need to use spacers... I can't remember, it's been a long time.. You can use plastic cutting board to make spacers & make sure to Goop everything .. Marine grade.. Hope that helps.
