Hi, I just bought a 2014 TI and am looking forward to a great summer of peddling, paddling and sailing. The kayak will be located at the lake where I have a cabin so I don't need a trailer or means of transporting it on my Jeep.

However, I could use some ideas or plans for building a dock cradle/lift for it though. My property's shore is very steep and rocky so taking in and out of the water every time I use it will require a lot of effort. I'd like to find/build something that will safely support and secure the kayak and mast to my dock. Optionally it could lift the craft in and our of the water but this isn't necessary.

I'm thinking a variation of this might do the trick: http://www.docksidecradle.com/videos.html

Any ideas or plans?

Thanks
