Very nice. Mine's very similar, but I like the way you attached the eye bolt to the handle. I might have to copy yours the next time I make one :D

Ha! I probably copied yours, Chad.

i had seen pics of extenders with eye bolts on this forum and I MacGyvered this extender at the store.

I was going to use an all pvc handle design for economy, hence the pvc coupling (threaded female) and pvc plug (male threaded). However, while I was looking for some PVC cutters in the tools section, I found a duster that was being used by the staff to keep the boxes clean. I was surprised when the threaded end of the duster handle screwed nicely and securely into the threaded pvc coupling. The threads are completely different, but it works really well, and I splurged on the duster handle.

In hindsight, the ability to extend and retract was well worth the extra $7.

The action on these eye-bolt joints is smooth and the extender is 100% maneuverable - I'm very satisfied.

Well, if you did copy mine, then glad I could help! That screw-on pvc fitting is a good find. Now I wish I hadn't cut off the threaded end of the handle that I use for my tiller extender!
