I have a silicone mold that I made so I could replace an exact replica of my existing hatch cover. I lost a hatch a couldn’t find a replacement so l took a class and learned how to make a silicone mold of the hatch as well as a mold for the T- Bar that locks the hatch down. I also found the proper gasket Knick- edge seal. I also was able to order stainless steel angle as a stop so the T - Bar will properly engage the under side of the pontoon deck. What you will need is the gel coat, the cloth and the resin to make the new hatch. The mold is capable of making about seven hatches. I’ve made one with it. It’s an exact replica!!
I got quotes that were $750 for one hatch. I’m selling my mold for $200. My name is Charlie Daly and Iive in Connecticut. My boat was destroyed in an October Storm in 2019 so I’m getting rid of HCSC21 parts that I have. I also have a tent for the boat $200 as well. Trailer is currently on EBay looking for about $1000 for that.
