Hi all,

Does anyone else have this problem? The rivets are rusting and nearly falling out. Every bar is loose in its hinge/"knuckle". The kayak is less than 2 years old so it is still under warranty, but I'm worried the turn around time would be very long to do a repair like this...Anyone else have this problem? I see some online fixes so I guess I could do it myself.

How long did it take for Hobie to fix it? Or did they just replace the bars?

Thanks
David

Order the kit 81412001 from any dealer - it's free and will tighten that all back up.
