continues the marathon trip of Danish Family Simonsen, Lars Dad, mom Suzi, and their two small children to and Liva Tiuri.
Departing from Cophenaghen, destination Istanbul ....... 5000 miles! (Hopefully succeed in the task)
I am now in Italy in the Gulf of Naples now greeted as heroes at every landing in ports by Italian fans of sailing and kayaking.
Here's a recent video of a short between the island of Procida and the port of Naples, where the sons and Liva Tiuri were replaced by two fans of the place, (Mr. Gianluca and son).

I was out near the cape Miseno with a couple of kayaking friends in the bay of Pozzuoli last Saturday morning and we saw you both go past. How did the standard AI handle the conditions? It was a bit hairy for me in the bay sailing across the waves without my amas and with a short sharp chop and the occasional wave breaking over the deck (only one capsize though)

Hi siravingmon,

We where doing fine, no problem. Heavy loaded so lots of water coming in over the kayak, but we were not even close to capsizing. The TI's are very stable. :-)

cheers Lars
