We bought our TI less than a year ago and my daughters have gone from sitting on the tramps, to sitting in my lap getting a feel for sailing, to this:

If you are looking for a family boat that can give your kids the sailing bug, the Hobie TI is it.

Awesome!!! So cool to see your kids take up sailing. The Islands are an amazing platform for introduction. :)

Thanks guys - my oldest daughter has developed quite an aptitude. She did a 5-day beginner's course in the new year, now 2 months later she is being encouraged by the club's coaches to take part in racing!

Had her first regatta a fortnight ago, learnt heaps and is registered for an interclub regatta next month, sailing a club boat.
