Did Hobie just leave it off the site or did they discontinue the Papaya Islands??

Interesting. It shows up when you go to the menu, but not on the page itself for either the tandem or adventure.

Only 2 colors next year - that is correct. If you want Papaya you'll need to find a left over 2017. It has been dropped for 2018.

Besides the color change and a price adjustment looks like 2018 boats are the same as 2017?

I always buy yellow kayaks because they are the most visible on the water. Why drop that color of all colors?

I, for one, use the AI in kayak mode more than sailing mode...

All is not lost! My TI is sand (forgot the proper colour) so I have added flares, powerful torch, VHF radio, satellite beacon, and sea marker dye so I can attract attention just when I need to.

One could argue that equipment like that should be carried on Islands of any colour.
