Should trampoline be on top of the Aka 45 degree extension pole (the pole the holds the Aka in the extended postition) or below it?

I put mine on top. My theory being that the pressure of anything (including me) on the tramp will hold the bar onto the knob instead of put pressure underneath it pulling up.

Just be aware when you're out on your tramps to make sure you're not putting weight on that little corner.

I've tried the tramps above and below the cross bar, I prefer mounting them below the bar.
