Hello! I got mine Hobie TI a couple of weeks ago, and registered it on Hobie website. I did not get any confirmation e-mail/reply that my registration was successful (I think I usually always get one when I register somewhere) - so went something wrong?
Kind regards from Helsinki Finland :D

There is no confirmation process for warranty registration.

I have had the same question especially about my TI that I bought secondhand last year. Is there a way to verify this (e-mail or call to Hobie)???

I just registered my brand new AI. Had the usual rudder problems. Not sure if the new rudder will come to the dealer or my house. I would like to install it my self...

Dogs, et al,

I had the same questions/problem when I recently bought my used 2011 AI. You can go to Hobie and register your boat yourself. http://www.hobiecat.com/support/warranty-registration/

At the place it wants the seller, I simply put the owners name in--he was the one who sold it to me.

I think this will serve to get your name associated with that boat and boat id.
