It's getting towards voting time and that last shot could be a match winner !!!

Although don't go making space for that new TI prize just yet Steve. The other day I bought myself the new Sony RX100 camera just so I could take the winning shot.

That new TI is as good as mine.

Well you know what they say? The best camera is the one you got in your hand when the moment is right. And I am not sure I would be splashing around in the water with such a fine piece of equipment!

Some great pics.
I note Gopro have released the Hero 3 camera. Anyone got one yet?

Has anyone approached Hobie about a prize any of the past years ?

... even a T-shirt would make the competition more interesting

Only by way of the forum Alan by no interest. I'm thinking that surely a Hobie Agent or outlet would see it as a golden opportunity to donate a prize as a marketing tool ( and then write it off on tax ).

Next year I'll clean up the rules a bit and see if we can get some prizes. It seems to work well and its always good to see a well composed artistic photo like Geordie's above, rather than just a snap shot.

Are there any Agents out there want to take up the challenge and be the 1st ?????

Thanks Slaughter,
I am finding it really interesting looking at everyone’s different perspectives and different parts of the world.

Makes me want to travel a bit more.

This is Rob and I on a shakedown sail in prep for 32 NM across the Gulf of St Vincent in South Australia.

We were having lunch, sail furled, kite up with camera, drogue out the back and doing 1.8 knots.

Weather is so far in our parameters for the trip on Saturday.

Where are the photos from the new camera Slaughter?

I'm not game to get it anywhere near the water yet. The underwater housing to suit costs about 3 times the cost of the camera ???? But by the end of the year I may get close enough to take something 1/2 decent. I love the kite shot mate. Do you video and then screen shot the best still ?
