I suppose you could try some GFELX and lead fishing weights inside the tail of that Ama, but other than that, (or moving the handle), there is not much you can do.
Most folks would ignore it unless the upwind Ama starts pulling off the Akas due to the overhanging weight. Once that Ama is in the water, it will not matter.
However, you might inspect the Amas to ensure they are straight and there is no heat warpage due to transport or storage. Bent Amas can effect your balance and tracking, in which case they should be reshaped or replaced.
So, if you are sailing in circles, you should have it fixed.
