I have a TI that I'd like to use for sea fishing, but just as a single hull kayak. How stable is the TI on its own compared to the other Hobie kayaks? (I don't have the amas)

Quite stable. It's plenty beamy for stability.

Like most tandems, it's only as stable as your passenger.

Every Tandem Kayak has 3 types of stability. Primary, Secondary, and Emotional. Right NOHUHU?
