I didn't even know that Hobie had opened a Accessible/DisAbled Sailing - Kayaking Forum Site and it really struck a chord with me. I want to express my sincere Thanks to Hobie and everyone who was involved in making this happen! We can sometimes get so wrapped up in our own lives and problems we feel are important to solve, that we forget to appreciate what we have right in front of us; our health. I'm fortunate now because I've had both my corneas replaced. I can wear special contact lenses that give me almost normal vision, but it was not always that way. Having spent most of my childhood legally blind, I try not to take this gift for granted because it may not always be there.
