Would like to pick up a new island, but can't really justify the costs.

Has anyone considered a fractional plan similar to the way Sailtime operates with keelboats?

I could see two people doing this with a TI purchase where both people could use the boat every weekend.

With a standard sailboat, I think the goal is more about spliting the ongoing costs such as slip fees and repairs. Not an issue for the islands.
