Do I have to include my weight in the maximum carrying capacity of the new AI? Thanks for all replies.

Yes, I believe you count towards total carrying capacity. The sticker on my TI clearly shows 1 person + 1 person + luggage = 600 lbs. However, that sticker is only for the center hull. There have been quite a few debates with Hobie as to why they didn't include the added capacity of the amas on our vessels.
