TI is more then enough unless you want a H16. There are beaches everywhere to launch your yak or H16.

Plans still in the air. I grew up sailing sunfish and H16s. I always lusted after a laser so i might get one of those and teach the kids to sail. Or get a H16 or a TI i don't know. The only thing that steers me away from an H16 is the setup. The TI is much quicker!

Ladies and gentlemen the time is near, taking my baby girl out with her new front and rear crossbar. Thank you again Hobie for that warranty claim. I will surely miss her as I leave for Korea.

The military will not ship my kayak as it's too big.

Im off to Korea. I would just like to say thank you to each and everyone of you fine ladies and gentlemen who has helped me along my short adventures here and there. This has been a great and informative community. And thank you Hobie for the awesome customer service and experiences with the Tandem Island. I'll be back in the states within two years but until then I'll just watch other people sail their islands on youtube.

Hello everyone. I have been living in korea for awhile now. I miss my hobie tandem island very much. Adventure island owners must be a very rare breed since no one i have met yet has ever heard of it or of hobie.... anyways i am loving the food here.
