Anybody had problems storing a TI on a dolly with beach wheels, a dealer told me it was a problem.

Hobie states 1 hr max on the dolly other wise you risk hull deformation.

The hull should be supported fore and aft of a cart to balance the load. You need to reduce the load on the cart area. It is possible to set up padded supports that can be inserted under the bow and stern while on a cart.

Assuming you mean the scupper cart wheels - which i have with the biggest balloon tires, two issues:
.
  • There is a time limit on how long the boat can be left on the wheels without hull damage.
    .
  • The lift due to the scupper holes being aft of the hull's COG is about 50#
.
I can live with both, although #2 has me thinking about a bow dolly.

OH...!!!! ; Storing....,, Yeah, don't even think abou it.
