2014 TI saless price, San Francisco Bay Area?

Hi All,

Love, love the TI. However, the marina we have her at makes it that an AI would be a better choice, especially since I often use it by myself anyhow so the AI (pre 2015) may he better after all (my first post was, two AI's or one TI?).

Thus, I am considering putting her up for sale.
2014, dune with tramps and turbo fins (just replaced the masts in them). No trailer (we could deliver, car topped her a couple if times on the suv).

I have looked at craigslist and the classifieds here but what do you all think is a fair, firm price?
