Post subject:  2017 vs. 2019 Tandem Island
Hi guys,

toying around purchasing a TI again...i used to own a 2013 TI but sold it after my 2500km trip across northern Europe...happy days!
I have a chance buying either a new 2017 TI with free trampolines or get my hands on a demonstration boat that will be used for the 2019 season.

Has someone any updates whats new on the 2019 model compared to the 2017 model?

I have been going back and forth between a 2018 Demo TI and a new 2019 TI and I have a similar question. What has changed for 2019? I see the hull warranty for 2019 is now 3 years (up from 2 years) according to the Hobie website - but I am not particularly worried about that difference as Hobie seems to take care of their customers when there is a reasonable issue. The dealer I spoke with said nothing else has really changed for 2019. Can anyone else verify? Thanks.

I think the only difference is the mirage drive. Everything is the same.
