I'm looking to buy my 1st kayak, a tandem island, asking $3500.
2 air cushion seats (not new style)
2 hobie drive pedals
new style rudder
trampolines
Add $500 for a trailer.

I have not seen it yet, assume average condition.
What should I pay for it?

If the boat, mirage drives and sail are in reasonably good condition, that is not a bad price. A new one would run twice that amount, plus trailer cost.
