Ran across this video showing a deck added to an Adventure Island. I like the idea. Different mounting techniques might be in order. Don't see how sail is deployed/secured. Front hatch access looks to be an issue. Heavy chop or surf could rip the bow deck right off. What strikes you as problem areas. Any other thoughts.

I think the entire thing looks extremely impractical. Definitely not suited for coastal sailing. If someone wants that much deck space, I would say ‘buy a bigger boat.’
