While my 2016 sail is still in pretty good shape it is getting old and a crack is developing in the window. I know it can be fixed but was wondering if anyone is making a sail aftermarket. Since class legal is not an issue something with a bit more performance would be interesting.

Interesting idea, but I'm not sure how much more performance you could get out of it. You could make it slightly larger, increase the roach, improving offwind speed, but you would sacrifice pointing ability and upwind speed. Maybe a bit more square top could also help? But the need to furl it (vertical battens) limits how much change you could get away with. I'm sure if you approach your local sailmaker, they could design something, likely at a higher cost than a stock sail, but I would be very interested to see what they come up with! Let us know what you find...
