My wife and I might be interested. There are probably 3 or 4 more AIs in the Sacramento area that might be interested as well.

I am in Las Vegas and would like to see some AI Rendezvous (regatta) on west coast. We can do Lake Mead, Tahoe, San Diego, San Fran etc. Would like to see it like a circut either once or twice a year. It can be either racing fishing or just cruise. Lets try to see who is all interested. Maybe I will put a post on http://www.kayakfishingstuff.com in the Hobie Kayak section. Let me know...

Malibu sounds nice...might cost $.. El-Dorado Forest ... Ice House ..Union Valley.. Loon lake ..are remote ..clean water ..camping easy.. few jet craft all on the same road 25 mil south of Tahoe.. north of placerville off hy 50 ...that gets my vote...Rio-Dan is hosting at sacramento river Sandy Beach 13th...I'am not sure about the river water and jet skis..wind is good.. I'am going to pass on that one. I have not run against other AI. My wife is perfering to paddle. I did run into kepnutz at.. Spaulding Hy 80..he took some pictures and posted few weeks ago. Any kayak with a sail or not is fun. Include your post to the kayak sailing forum..

Im in the SF/Delta area and would like to find other AI or Getaway sailors in the area. But, have trailer-will travel. Vegas and Malibu are a bit of a haul, but anywhere in N.Cal is doable. I am up for year around sailing.
