I can't take credit for the idea, it was my buddy's

he put fishing weights on the back of the peddle near the bottom, this forced the peddle to rotate around and face correctly

his peddles are always facing him when he needs them. I know I have to play around with them for a second or 2 to get them to face me before I put my feet in

So he just glued some weight on the back, bottom of the peddle and turns them around for you :D

Good idea. I just use the back sides of the pedals sometimes, but will be putting weights on mine when I get home.

Went sailing Saturday and learned a lot about light air performance, and also learned to be glad to have pedals to get home when the wind died. Going back out this Thursday, when winds are forecast to be back up.

I used the suggestion of fishing weights on the lower back of the pedals to hold them in position. Works great.
