Post subject:  Exclusive- Tandem AI Sneak Peek

I have just been emailed the following pictures taken by someone claiming to be a joy flight pilot working along the Californian coast. They appear to show prototype AI Tandems undergoing testing. Sadly the batteries in his digital camera died so there are only two photo’s.
In the email he reports that the new AI Tandem appears to be an adaption of the now defunct Trifoiler mated to the Oasis Tandem hull. The hull does indeed lift up on foils. He thinks that Hobie must have had some Trifoiler parts left over.
Other changes he noticed were much longer Turbo fins and paddle shafts. He speculates that this is so they can be used when planing on the foils.
Can’t wait for the final release version!

Post subject:  It is a tandem after all

Well it is a 2 seater. So why can't Hobie just re-release the Tri-foiler and call it the "AI Tandem".
