I am a strong guy. But loading my TI from the ground onto my trailex trailer single TI with cradles, is a bear. Any suggestions would be helpful. Unloading is easier, stern goes right into the ground and chews up the hull. I must be doing something wrong. Help please!

Do you use a dolly cart of any sort?
If not, that makes it much easier - I install mine in rear scupper holes before sliding off trailer, holding on to the front of boat.
Same in reverse when loading, rest the bow onto the trailer and climb through the trailer spars pulling it on bit by bit until the dolly wheels are off the floor, then detach.
