Found a boat trailer that had been converted to a utility trailer. Bent tongue and rusted out cross-member dropped the price to $165. Will have to cut tongue or replace entirely. Plan to add taller tires with galvanized rims. AI cradles on order.

Finally got it 95% complete. New tongue, wheels, fenders, painted with cold galvanized paint, lights, and added cradles. Plan to add a stop arm on the tongue to push the bow against. The light bar will be strapped to across the stern because it's going to extend out quite far behind the trailer. The outer guide-on posts/lights fold forward to allow me to open up the amas, deploy the tramps, and launch fully rigged. I figured there might be a need to do that once in awhile.

This is what we did with a similar trailer.

Interesting. No support for the amas?

The amas rest on the frame in the front and the wood on the back. This was for a pre-2015 AI with the smaller amas. The larger amas might need a bit more support for a 2015+ model, maybe out of 2 parallel PVC pipes on each side
