I am finding that I am having to yank on the up line several times to get my rudder to raise. I had a look inside the twist & stow and there is a little spring loaded tongue on the rotating part, which slips into a detente on the stationary part and locks the rudder in the down position. Pulling on the up line depresses the tongue and releases the rudder. This seems to be where the problem lies - once I get the rudder to release, it comes up easily. The up line seems to have a problem depressing the tongue and I can see no adjustment. Am I missing something?

Its OK - I found the information I need at http://www.hobiecat.com/community/viewtopic.php?t=6943. I couldn't find it by searching the forum, but found it instantly by Googling "twist and stow".
