Hi guys,
I decided that I wanted a motor for my TI. I went with the torqeedo ultralight 403. After purchase I found out that the kit does not come from the factory with a mount for the throttle. After looking for weeks and finding no answers I just ordered and hoped... Luckily the stuff I ordered worked! So, I figured I would share to save someone else headache. I used a RAM mount part # RAM-B-111 and two M4-.70 x 12 screws to go into the throttle bottom. Now I just have to mount it to the boat!

Good, but consider not mounting it at all.

I did and found that every line and piece of clothing just wanted to snag on the "Hook" that is the throttle handle and threaten to tear it off causing major damage.

Now i leave it loose and stowed behind my seat and only swing it into the cockpit when I am done sailing, it sits quite happily on the hatchcover.

If you need it Fixed in some way use real Velcro on the Base, it will stay in place but move if you snag a line or kick it climbing in/out.
