2012 TI "front hatch sealing gasket" part no

I have a 2011 / 2012 (not exactly sure) TI and the rubber seals on the front hatch are damaged beyond repair.

I remember from a previous very old post that Hobie changed the design of the rubber sealing cascets and want to order the replacement sealing gaskets.

Does anybody know the part nos? ( I would need the part no for the "upper" seal of the front hatch (the "door" you open and close) and the "lower" seal going around the hull where the front hatch is closing.

I assume the replacement seals (new design) fit into an older 2011 / 2012 TI hull?

Any feedback is appreciated.
