Centerboard knob on my 2015 TI pulled completely out - no impact or heavy stress. There's a brass bushing still on the end of the bolt threads - looks like this may have been a threaded insert into the board? Any ideas on how to repair it?

File a claim for a replacement board. You could epoxy the brass back into the plastic, but some force has pulled the brass out.

I had the same problem last week on my 2016 TI. The brass bolt broke and half of it is still sitting in the centerboard. How do I file a a claim for a replacement board? Through my dealer or to Hobie directly?

Claims and service are through your dealer. Its a simple process. A photo of the issue helps. You can do it by email.
