New TI owner, first time poster

I've just aquired a used TI 2015+. Only problem is that one of the downhaul cleat rivets has corroded.

Anyone repaird this before?

Can i use standerd pop rivets? Is there a part to buy?

thanks in advance

Yeah, this happened to mine, too. I just tied the downhaul, and no longer use the cleat. Doesn't seem to make a difference, as I wasn't adjusting the downhaul all the time anyway...

As Sea Capt states I don’t believe most guys adjust the downhaul, so just tie it off. When it’s time to repair your sail, have the sail maker reconnect the cleat.
