Hello
Long story short my father-in-law bought a tandem ai in 2012 and was diagnosed w cancer soon after. Needless to say it wasn't used much. I'm trying to repair it so I can start to take out my kids.

My problem is the rudder won't stay up when the up line is pulled and cleated. Also the slack in the up line isn't being pulled back. Any suggestions? I've searched the forum and have t been able to find anything.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Jonny
