I have a TI and transport it on a trailer using the TI Cradle. The cradle pads need to be replaced as they are turning RedTI white and I had to cut the pads to replace bolts.
Was thinking of using bunk padding. Any suggestions on type or brand of glue? Also what are thoughts about gluing the bunk pad directly to the pads? The are so dry rotted it is probably best to remove the pads. Can I buy replacement pads? TI is a 2012.

Just get rid of the pads. When new, they resist sliding the boat onto the cradles. The pads are worthless at best.

My previous post - " indoor-outdoor carpet, polypropylene, short loop design retains minimal sand and rinses off easily. Purchased at Home Depot, selected type with longest warranty and desired color. I did not have much success with contact glue and switched to new Gorilla waterproof glue. So far it's survived weeks sitting on Florida beach with the boat being winched on and off daily."
