I am going to attempt to improve my ti’s ability to tack into the wind by attaching skegs to it amas. What kind of adhesive should I use to attach plastic skegs to the amas?

3M’s DP8010 does not seem to be available. How about JD Plastic weld? Are they equivalent?
Are you aware of anyone trying to do this?

There are other Dupont products that work with Polyethylene.

No, don't know of anyone adding skegs. Seems it would make beaching more difficult?

Interesting idea.
Four years ago I fitted skegs to my Adventure hull to assist paddling in strong crosswinds using VHB tape and they are still holding strong. Worked so well I fitted them to my Oasis to stop fishtailing when towing it behind a boat.
If the hull is properly prepared by flaming and alcohol cleaning and you have enough surface area contact, VHB tape can be considered a permanent bonding solution to PE for many accessories.
